Kella's Science Project

Kella participated in her first science fair this year. Her project was to determine if plants need water to grow or if they can still grow with vinegar, Coca-Cola or no water at all. It was an interesting experiment to see how the plants reacted to the different liquids ... obviously the watered plant thrived ... any guesses as to which plant died first???
... plants don't respond well to vinegar or Coca-Cola (although the plant watered with Coca-Cola lived longer).

We're proud of our 4th grade scientist (just be careful she doesn't give you a cup of vinegar when you're thirsty ... you see how the plant turned out)!!!

Science projects - not my favorite thing but the kids sure learn a lot from them. Maybe Kella will be a better gardener than her grandmother.

Kella won't mind if we steal that idea for a science project will she?
(And tell grandma that I think Kella already is a better gardener.)
