David Mows The Lawn
Saturday afternoon David mowed the lawn for the first time. We don't have much grass in the backyard so it didn't take very long. I showed him how I used to mow lawns when I was a kid and then let him go at it. He was a little resistant and hesitant at first, but once he got out there and finished it he said it was easy. Even Kella got in on the action and mowed a few strips of grass.

Go David! When your Dad was your age, he use to make a lot of money mowing lawns. Except he had to mow Grandma's for free as a Saturday chore!
What do you mean giving away family secrets Steph!!! And I do believe, we made everyone help do our rather large yard. And I still like pushing a "power" mower across the grass - too bad our neighborhood doesn't believe in grass in the front yard. Good job Davey!
Are boys are getting old! We just had Logan mow the backyard a few weeks ago too!
