Also, two weeks ago David earned his Boy Scout badge and luckily for me my wonderful husband offered to sew on his badge. I could have done it and I didn't mind, but I thought it was great that Donnie wanted to do it. It truly meant a lot to David that his dad sewed on his badge and I think it brought back memories for Donnie of sewing on his own Scout badges.

that is awesome Machella, I love you pillow, it's always a great feeling to have done or made something yourself. (huh, now I;m thinking I should get my sewing machine out and teach Brianne, for some reason, I just kept thinking she was too young for that) and Congrats on the Scout award David!! (very impressed that your dad sewed it on for you, what a great dad) Your family is just awesome!!
It is so neat to see these kids growing up and learning new skills and doing new things. And they are so blessed to have such good, caring, loving parents. Amy - parents don't always have to do/teach everything - they need to support and help and encourage and you and Donnie do a good job of that.
